مقدمه :

هر مدرسه و هر مکان آمورشی نیازمند روانشناس آموزشی و تربیتی است.روانشناسی آموزشی شامل فرآیند های اجتماعی عاطفی و شناختی است که در طول عمر در یادگیری دخیل هستند. اما در وهله اول دانش آموز با معلم در تعامل میباشد، از این بابت عوامل مرتبط با این موضوع را بررسی می‌کنیم.

1.تاثیر انتظارات و برداشت های معلم از دانش آموزان

تحقیقات نشان می‌دهد قضاوت و برداشت معلم از میزان توانایی و استعداد دانش‌آموزان می‌تواند بر عملکرد واقعی آن‌ها تأثیر داشته باشد در صورتی که معلم یک دانش آموز را مستعد و باهوش ارزیابی کند، دانش آموز تلاش بیشتری برای جامه عمل پوشاندن به برداشت معلم می‌کند اما اگر معلم دانش آموز را کودن یا بی استعداد تلقی کند، این برداشت به طور ناخودآگاه بر عملکرد دانش آموز اثر منفی می‌گذارد و او را از آموختن و تلاش کردن دلسرد می‌کند.

2.تقویت انگیزه درونی نسبت به بیرونی

معلم ها باید تلاش کنند، انگیزه‌های یادگیری دانش‌آموزان را از عوامل بیرونی و سطحی همچون کسب نمره، رتبه با جایزه مادی، به سمت انگیزه‌های درونی و پایدار مثل میل به دانایی، کمال و زیبایی سوق دهند چون انگیزه درونی در یادگیری موثرتر و لذت بخش تر است.

3.بازخورد صحیح و به موقع

بازخورد به موقع، صریح و واضح می‌تواند به دانش‌آموزان در تائید آموخته‌ها و تصحیح اشتباهات خود کمک کند و دانش آموزان می توانند با دریافت این بازخوردها یادگیری خود را تقویت کند.

4.تقویت خلاقیت دانش آموزان

خلاقیت دانش آموزان با تلاش بهتر می شودو دانش‌آموزان می‌توانند از طریق یک برنامه آموزشی مناسب و رویکرد مثبت معلم،خلاقیت و تفکر خود را تقویت نمایند.

استفاده از برنامه‌های هنری و تفکر و بحث آزاد می‌تواند در تقویت قوای خلاقیت دانش‌آموزان مؤثر باشد و وقتی خلاقیت تقویت شود یادگیری بهتر صورت میگیرد.

5.اصلاح و تقویت باورها

باورها و پنداره‌های دانش‌آموزان در مورد هوش و توانایی‌هایشان، بر عملکرد ذهنی و یادگیری آن‌ها اثر می‌گذارد. در صورتی که دانش‌آموزان باور داشته باشند قابلیت‌های ذاتی آنان قابل رشد و پیشرفت است، تلاش بیشتری می‌کنند اما در صورتی که باور کنند هوش و استعداد آن‌ها مادرزادی و غیر قابل تغییر است، انگیزه تلاش را از دست می‌دهند.

آموزش معکوس

آموزش معکوس چیست؟ رویکرد نوین آموزش آنلاین

در تدریس آموزش معکوس دانش‌آموزان با کمک فایل‌های آموزشی و آزمون آنلاین در خانه دروس را یاد می‌گیرند و در کلاس آنها را تمرین می‌کنند. در نتیجه فعالیت‌هایی که قبلا به‌طور سنتی در خانه انجام می‌شد مثل انجام تکالیف و پروژه‌های درسی در کلاس انجام می‌شود، در واقع معکوس نامیده شدن آن به همین دلیل است.

در آموزش معکوس معلم محتوای آموزشی را در سیستم مدیریت یادگیری یا نرم افزار مدرسه، یوتیوب، آپارات یا سیستم های آموزش الکترونیکی بارگزاری می کند و دانش آموزان از طریق این نرم افزارها محتوا را مشاهده می‌کنند.

7 مرحله انجام تدریس معکوس با امکانات موجود در ایران

1-چند روز قبل از شروع درس جدید از تدریس خودتان فیلم بگیرید.
2-در ابتدای کلاس فیلم‌های آموزشی را در اختیار دانش آموزان قرار دهید. ویدئوها را در صورت حضور دانش آموز با ذخیره روی دی وی دی یا فلش به او بدهید. روش دیگر که توصیه می شود آپلود فایل ها در وبسایت مدرسه و یا حتی سایت آپارات و ارسال لینک دانلود برای دانش آموزان است.
3-از دانش آموزان بخواهید فیلم تدریس را تا قبل از جلسه بعدی کلاس فارغ از محدودیت زمان و مکان، به هر تعداد باری که می خواهند نگاه کنند.
4-تمرین‌ها و تکلیف‌هایی برای کار در خانه از طریق نرم افزار ارسال و دریافت تکالیف دایاموز به دانش آموز بدهید. این تکلیف‌ها خیلی خیلی باید کم باشد.
5-در جلسه بعد سر کلاس فقط به بررسی تکلیف‌ها و حل تمرین‌های بیشتر بپردازید
6-اگر دانش آموزی فیلم را نگاه نکرده بود یا هنوز یاد نگرفته بود با کمک دانش آموزان دیگر و شما می‌تواند جبران کند.
7-نیاز نیست شما تمام جلسات تدریس یعنی کل کتاب را به یک باره تدریس کنید و فیلم برداری کنید. همینکه یک یا دو جلسه از دانش آموزانتان جلوتر باشید کافی است.

Vocabulary as a major component of language learning has been the object of numerous studies each of which has its
own contribution to the field. Laufer (1997) states that vocabulary learning is at the heart of language learning and
language use. In fact, it is what makes the essence of a language. Vocabulary learning is an intrinsic part of language
teaching. A number of researchers agree that there is very little research carried out in the field of vocabulary
learning (Folse, 2004; Hunt & Beglar, 2005) and that the most effective means of vocabulary learning is still unclear

(de Groot, 2006).

In the literature of English language teaching and learning a recurring theme has been the neglect of vocabulary. It
was often given little priority in language programs and was often left to look after itself and received only
incidental attention in textbooks and language programs (Hedge, 2008; Richards & Renandya, 2002). In the past of
language teaching, vocabulary learning and teaching were given little importance. As Moir and Nation (2008) write,
at one time it was widely assumed that lexical instruction is not essential as it can happen by itself; therefore, the
teaching of vocabulary was not popular (Nation, 1990). However, nowadays, the significance of vocabulary and its
significance in learning a language have become more accepted. Griffiths (2003, 2006) points out, for example, that
recently the significance of teaching vocabulary has been aknowlwdged.

Title: Criterions for having a good listening activity

Listening is a significant part of communication process. Communication cannot take place until and unless a message is heard and retained thoroughly and positively by the receivers/listeners. Listening is a dynamic process. Listening means attentiveness and interest perceptible in the posture as well as expressions. Listening implies decoding (i.e., translating the symbols into meaning) and interpreting the messages correctly in communication process.

Listening differs from hearing in sense that:

• Hearing implies just perceiving the sounds while listening means listening with understanding whatever you are listening. Both the body as well as mind is involved in listening process.
• Listening is an active process while hearing is a passive activity.
• Hearing is an effortless activity while listening is an act requiring conscious efforts, concentration and interest. Listening involves both physical and psychological efforts.
